Happy International Women’s Day! 💜 This year’s #InternationalWomensDay theme, #AccelerateAction, is an important reminder that closing the gender gap takes more than just words – it demands real and immediate action. Women are still significantly outnumbered by men in the tech industry, and we want to be transparent about where we currently stand and the next steps we’re taking. In the past year: ✅ 40.6% of our employees were women, compared to the industry average of 35% 👩💼 36.8% of our leaders were women, including 19% of all Managing Directors 🎯 47% of the participants in our graduate programmes – Summer Interns and Management Trainees – were women 📈 Our Peakon D&I Index Score reached 66, placing us in the top 5% of the tech industry To all the incredible women of Visma and beyond: we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re so grateful for the impact you’re making – not just within our organisation but across the entire tech industry.
