🎉 Exciting Times at the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives! Steve Ediger, Barry Feldman, and the ChiCommons LWCA crew joined 700+ cooperators for a whirlwind of collaboration and innovation in Chicago! 🚀 ChiCommons didn't just attend; they took charge, planning the Chicago Local Workers Conference with 80 local co-op enthusiasts. Steve led a buzzing USFWC Tech Peer Network meeting with 33 tech-savvy co-op minds. The big idea? A potential US Federation of Tech Worker Cooperatives! Some have already hopped onto Patio. 🌟 The fun didn't stop there! A lively Consensus Workshop tackled "What tech do Worker Coops need?" with 40 eager participants mixing it up. Techies and co-op champs shared ideas and visions for the future. 🤝 Proud to be part of this energetic community, we're all about building a brighter, more cooperative tomorrow! 🌲🌲

In November 2023, RAD COP, a cybersecurity cooperative from Russia and a member of our network, organized Coop Days 2023 in the Tver region of Russia. 🌲🌲 We are thrilled to share this report on cooperation, cooperative and self-governing organizations, supra-organizational structures, and ecosystems of individual organizations. It covers the discussions in the Syntegration format developed by the British cyberneticist Stafford Beer, a debate that took place at the said conference. I believe that with dedication and consistency, we can unlock many gifts and solve numerous challenges. 🌱 Here's what my gift is: It's about bringing people together and unlocking potential. 🌟 Four years ago, I got involved in the co-creation of the Patio Network. It has become my favorite case study in the power of unity. With over 1500 representatives from 25 countries, all of us co-owners of our businesses, we are bringing something truly remarkable - catalysts for change together. All the effort is worth it when we see the results of our collaborative projects. Whether it's creating portals for hospitals, digitalizing university methodologies, implementing AI for efficiency, or partnering with startups to bring their ideas to life, the impact is truly rewarding. We offer technical expertise for sustainable businesses, drive the digitalization of social projects, and, most importantly, solve complex challenges. I would love to know, what is your challenge.
