✨ Wrapping up an incredible four days at the Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs' Societies Congress and Expo and FHA-HoReCa Expo in Singapore! We’ve accomplished a lot over the last week: 13 live demonstrations led by our global chef partners, over 1,400 product samples shared, 6 culinary challenges sponsored, 1 latest product innovation unveiled and an event to bring together our Anchor Food Professionals teams from across the world to connect with customers from all over our global network. A big congratulations to the competitors in the Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs' Societies Global Chefs, Global Young Chefs, Global Pastry Challenges and the FHA Bakery, Dessert and Gelato challenges who all presented incredible dishes utilising our range of high performing dairy products, it was a privilege to see such talent on the world stage and connect with so many our global chef ambassadors. A special shout-out to Anchor Food Professionals partners Kenny Ng as the 1st runner up in the WorldChefs Global Chefs Pastry Chefs Challenge and to Tom Lamers for taking out the Green Spatula award for most sustainable dish in the Worldchefs Global Chefs Challenge.
