Meet Megan Wiley, our Administration Manager for the Employment Sector at the Auckland Business Chamber. Megan plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation and financial health of the business. Megan is responsible for delivering timely and accurate reporting and invoicing to our government funding partners and internal stakeholders. She ensures that programmes are outcome-funded by monitoring performance, reviewing contract deliverables, and sourcing the necessary paperwork for monthly invoicing and payment. In addition to her primary duties, Megan oversees operations, stakeholder relationship management, the management of reception staff, staff health & safety, and general office maintenance. Her analytical skills, process development, time management, organisational abilities, and attention to detail are key to her success in this role. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Megan is passionate about the artistic and creative form of expression in make-up artistry and works as a freelance make-up artist. She also loves salsa dancing, having competed at a national level, and has a keen interest in Mid-Century Modern Architecture. Megan’s role ensures that key revenue is received, allowing the business to function financially and operate smoothly on a daily basis. Her expertise and passion make her an invaluable part of our team.
