At Build Anatomy, we love to seek out the pain points in new construction methods and develop solutions that address these constraints. Our products and systems are designed to support the kind of building that’s good for the planet, the budget and the occupant. Our suite of products includes: SoundDown SoundDown is the culmination of a series of products developments, resulting in a broad and customisable suites of acoustic solutions. SoundDown works with stakeholders to deliver proprietary systems, with ease of design and installation at front of mind. Wiiste Wiiste Oy have partnered with Build Anatomy to deliver Timber Moisture, co2, tVOC, Dust, Temperature and Humidity monitors and their Relia Cloud Based Software that provides accurate real time data and reporting of these timber and environmental elements. Fortitude Fortitude offers a range of timber sealants from water repellants to UV-rated elastomeric coatings that are easy to apply, cost-effective and durable.

#90 Devonport Rd Build Anatomy Ltd LT McGuinness Ltd. In May this year we started out installing some 9,400m2 of raised acoustic floors over 7 floors on this amazing project - 90 Devonport Rd. Well, today the team has just about completed the 7th floor. It’s hard to believe, the 7th floor seemed miles away when we first set out however the Tricon Construction Services team have done an amazing job installing #SoundDown. With just some finishing and remedial work to complete, we will finish as programmed. Great job team.

Services can then be run inside the raised floor system and accessed through the service hatches (6 per floor) that will run around the core of this LT McGuinness Ltd. project 90 Devonport Rd.
