Winner SEEK Medium Agency of the Year 2023. Extraordinary things happen when opportunity and potential connect.
About us
Cultivate was founded by some of the most experienced and well-connected recruiters in the country, who recognised the need to bring a breath of fresh air to the industry. We take our role very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’ve set out to bring a human and personable touch, and offer organisations a better and easier way to recruit. We genuinely care about growing our client's businesses and our candidate's careers. It’s a more flexible way: We understand that every business is different and every search is unique. So we offer our clients a range of more customizable recruitment options as well as payment flexibility to suit your needs. It’s a more personal way: We take the time to get to know and understand you, your business and your goals, so we can connect you with the right person to help you achieve them. And we stick around to make sure things work out. We can help across permanent recruitment, temporary staffing and contractor resourcing, from entry level through to senior and executive positions in the following areas: • Accounting & Finance • Accounting Support • Business Support & Administration • Customer Services & Contact Centre • Financial Services • People & Capability When the perfect candidate is matched with the ideal job opportunity, everybody wins. It’s our job at Cultivate to make that connection happen. It’s our job to make sure individuals and businesses thrive and benefit each other.

Cultivate Recruitment reposted this
Thanks GOPALAKRISHNAN Sadasivam, CA, FCMA, CGMA and the rest of the SIG committee for having me back. 13 years since I first presented to members of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. This time we talked about the current state of mental health in New Zealand and practical, holistic ways our organisations can preserve the mental health and wellness of our people. There are enough societal stressors already, work factors should not add to them. Ignore this topic at your peril - the costs to everyone, including the organisation are clear. The days of just offering EAP and resilience training are gone...we need to change our workplace, not workers. Cultivate Recruitment

What an honour receiving the news that Cultivate Recruitment are finalists for Medium Recruitment Agency of the Year 2024! We couldn't be more proud to be finalists again.... who knows, we may even become back to back winners 👏 It all comes down to our passionate and dedicated team. Everyday, they ensure job seekers receive a human and compassionate experience, alongside supporting and equipping our customers with tools and expert knowledge, to help them grow their people capability and attract the best talent for their business. Thanks to SEEK for the opportunity, congratulations to the other very deserving finalists and see you all at the awards in November.

Interestingly, 27% of respondents whose WFH benefit had decreased in the past 12 months, either weren't sure why or weren't given a reason for the change. Before reconsidering your workplace flexibility policy, identify the core issues you're addressing. Will a return to the office solve them? If so, involve employees in the process. Prioritising transparency and psychological safety is key to maintaining engagement and trust.
