Great news, great work by our Rainbow Team and a fine and fitting acknowledgement of why we love working at Ember so much .
Rainbow Tick Education Team members attended Ember Korowai Takitini’s certification celebration at the beginning of August at Ember’s Ōtāhuhu office. Since 2023, Ember has made notable progress in several areas, including implementing a ‘Gender Identity Transitioning at Work’ policy and providing gender-neutral toilets at various sites. Other key achievements include enhancing recruitment practices by updating their Rainbow-inclusion commitment on the Careers page and inviting applicants to share their pronouns in the application process. Ember’s Rainbow Committee has regularly met to share ideas, plan events, and support these initiatives. Congratulations to Ember on achieving its first Rainbow Tick certification!🌈

Extraordinary Founder/CEO. Elevating and simplifying great employee value propositions using controllable employee payment cards. 🫴💳
It's so awesome to see customers like Gil Sewell and Simon Kozak (BLitt.Hons) from Ember Korowai Takitini who love and believe in our product just as much as we do. These two are really championing HealthNow in their organisation just as much as we are championing it within the wider community. As an HR/marketing duo, Gil and Simon have worked out how to use wellbeing support to promote retention in their organisation and attract new talent to take roles with Ember. It's great to see how HealthNow can support this amazing group of kai mahi (staff) who are then supporting a significant number of people in the community in Auckland and across New Zealand. Check out this great pic from the HR + L&D Innovation & Tech Fest featuring Sam McCann and Dave Insull. Great to see that HealthNow card out in the wild!
