👏 👏 We are delighted to announce the Practical Completion of the Drury South Factory project! This milestone represents the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our entire team. We extend our appreciation to everyone involved, including our professional and responsible team, our experienced project management team, and our valued partners. The property spans 25,000 square meters, with a building area of 13,500 square meters. It comprises office areas, a canning room, two separate freezer storage areas totaling 1,600 square meters, hygiene zones, a packaging area, a wastewater treatment station, two 600-cubic-meter large water storage tanks, a 2,000-square-meter finished product warehouse, and two main control rooms managing three 1,500-kilovolt transformers that provide power to the entire production equipment. The successful completion of this project not only reflects our capability to deliver outstanding results but also sets a new benchmark for future projects. As we move forward, we look forward to the continued success and innovation that this project has set the foundation for. 🎉 Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this significant accomplishment! 🎉

Reflecting on an unforgettable weekend aboard the cruise ship with the Prostone team! 🛳 Our Team Building/ Christmas Party was nothing short of spectacular, filled with exciting events, activities, and endless dancing that brought us all close together. During our time onboard, we took the opportunity to review our two major projects: Our commercial project that is the NPTC Pet Food Factory, and our residential project that is the Stanmore Bay Terrace Housing Development. Introducing Steve Zhao, Senior Project Manager at Prostone, who recently completed the Auckland Marathon! 👟👏 Steve is an amateur marathon enthusiast, having participated in over 10 marathon events, including four times in the Auckland Marathon in the last four years. His finishing time has improved steadily, going from 4 hours and 20 minutes to an impressive 3 hours and 46 minutes. Marathon running is considered an extreme sport, requiring not only rigorous training but also dedication. Steve has been training for this sport for over 10 years. Steve serves as a Senior Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Health and Safety Specialist at Prostone Consulting Limited. His passion lies in project management, where he consistently focuses on stakeholders' needs and priorities regarding cost, time, and quality. Decision-making, planning, and programming are Steve's core competencies. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including a 15-year tenure as a Project Manager, Steve's expertise is extensive. He earned his Civil Engineering Degree from Shenyang Jianzhu University in 1996 and furthered his education with a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Auckland in 2005. Steve has been involved in various projects in both China and New Zealand, covering industrial facilities, office spaces, hotels, apartments, airports, and residential developments.
