We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in the construction of the Seascape Tower in Auckland CBD: the completion of concrete pouring for the final floor! We’re not just constructing Auckland CBD’s tallest residential building but creating a landmark that stands second only in height to the iconic Sky Tower. This towering achievement in New Zealand’s urban skyline represents a concrete works project involving over 11,000m³ of concrete from Basement (5 levels below) to Level 55 across 38,000m² of structure.   2024 marks a significant milestone as Livefirm Construction (N.I.) celebrates 20 years of industry leadership. The Seascape Tower, located near a heritage site on Customs Street, has demanded our utmost precision and care. Our team has expertly navigated the complexities of weekend concrete pours, minimising disturbances and ensuring that even our city's history stands undisturbed by our progress.   We are incredibly proud of our team’s dedication and the strong partnerships that have supported us through challenging timelines and complex tasks.
