We're thrilled to announce our involvement in a significant project that's set to boost Hawke's Bay's economic landscape. SCL is gearing up to carry out the civil construction for Mainfreight's new distribution hub in Hastings' Irongate Industrial Zone, conveniently only 100 metres away from our yard. This project joins other innovative businesses in the area like Rockit Global, TUMU Group, and BOSTOCK New Zealand, reinforcing Hawke's Bay's growing importance as a freight and logistics hub. It's almost a wrap on the civil works for Bupa New Zealand's latest retirement village project in Hawke's Bay. SCL is stoked to have almost completed the civil work on this development for Bupa New Zealand. We've laid the groundwork for 46 new villas and a sports pavilion, providing top-tier infrastructure to support this vibrant community: - Comprehensive drainage systems - New roading network - Kerb and channel installation - Stormwater pond construction We're also developing a much needed new footpath along Ulyatt Road. As usual, our team worked efficiently to prepare the site, allowing builders to commence their work on schedule. This project showcases SCLs' commitment to delivering high-quality civil infrastructure for commercial and residential developments.
