    Wow, AstraZeneca are leading the way with creating high functioning client/agency relationships. We love this quote from AZ Head of Commercial Procurement, Sabrina Traskos "Our current challenge is not how to write performance-based contracts for our agencies. Instead, what occupies us today is the cultural process we have to go through to get there. We have to fundamentally change the current practices and current thinking that define today’s client-agency relationships. Most importantly, we have to embrace our media and creative agencies as strategic partners who have entirely new goals – improved brand performance – and we have to make it possible for them to succeed in this role, overturning any dysfunctional client practices that get in the way."
