Spring’s here, and so are the first green shoots in the housing market! 🌱 Trade Me’s September Property Price Index shows a slight rebound in house prices across Aotearoa New Zealand. While not all regions saw growth, there’s definitely a feeling of optimism in the air as the average national asking price nudges upward for the first time since March. It’s worth keeping an eye on the impact of today’s OCR cut and how that might shape the market going into summer.
