A huge thank you to Haumoana School's passionate and knowledgeable Garden to Table Charitable Trust students, teachers and volunteers for hosting some of our T&G whānau last Friday. Sharing our green-thumbed knowledge with Aotearoa’s tamariki is something we love doing and our T&G team and independent growers have been fortunate to visit local primary schools to share tips and techniques and provide an insight into what it’s like working on orchards and farms across the country. 

We’re looking forward to next week's ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA in Hong Kong alongside the rest of the BayWa Global Produce family. Asia Fruit Logistica is an expo that covers the entire fresh produce industry value chain and is an excellent place to connect with customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues alike. Our team will be located in hall 5, booth 5K-20 alongside our colleagues from BayWa Global Produce, VentureFruit® and TFC Holland B.V.. Hope to see you there!

Did you know that in 2023 alone, our partnership with Garden to Table Charitable Trust helped enable more than 32,000 tamariki across early childhood education centres, primary and intermediate schools to learn to grow and cook (not to mention eat!) nearly 1.3 million meals? That’s a lot of kai! 🥗 Here’s to growing healthier futures together.

A massive congratulations to Grace Fulford in our Hawke’s Bay growing team for winning the 2024 Hawke’s Bay Young Fruit Grower of the Year competition last week. Grace has been part of the T&G whānau since 2021 and will now go on to represent T&G and the Hawke’s Bay growing community in the national Young Grower of the Year competition in October. Congratulations again Grace, we’re so proud of you!
