If you have experience in the Golf Course and Sports Turf industries and you are passionate and excited about transformational technologies and have a knack for strategic business development, we want you to join our dynamic team to grow our business to the next level. Collaborating with our sales team to develop and drive market opportunities through B2B and B2C channels, your focus will be on key customer segments of commercial and professional outdoor spaces to execute business plans, strategies and ultimately sales, to accelerate our Robotics business.


You will utilise our market-leading position and leverage our capabilities and solutions to expand and enhance our Robotics offering, both within our Dealer network and beyond.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies to grow Robotic product segment sales
  • Accelerate sales to meet budget targets and ensure current and future profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Sales Manager to expand the Automower Dealer network.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback and develop tools and reports to support growth opportunities for Automower Dealers & Area Sales Managers beyond the existing business model.
  • Oversee Dealer expansion in strategic areas.
  • Identify and align go-to-market strategies for Key Professional Accounts.
  • Conduct field visits, product trials and demonstrations, develop new and strengthen current, business relationships.
  • Develop a database for technical support and marketing opportunities.
  • Collect market intelligence and prepare competitor product comparisons.
  • Coordinate participation in key Tradeshow events and harnessing opportunities.
  • Coordinate brand ambassador activities with the Marketing Team.
  • Act as a liaison between central functions and Area Sales Managers.
  • Identify and develop training plans for Key Accounts, Dealers, and staff.



About You:

  • Experience in the Golf Course and Sports Turf industries.
  • University degree in business/commerce/marketing or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales management or business development experience in a competitive B2B environment incorporating Hands on technical sales expertise.
  • Experience in developing strategic growth initiatives within the overall Green space maintenance segment.
  • Strong Key Account or relationship management experience


You will be an adept negotiator across various levels, a strategic planner with strong analytical skills, and hands-on in conducting product and solution demonstrations. You should demonstrate excellent active listening and influencing abilities, maintain high self-motivation, and positively contribute to the team environment. Extensive travel will be required.
