We believe that safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value. Every worker, every visitor, and every stakeholder on our construction sites deserves to go home safe every day. Here are some key safety measures we practice on-site: ✅ Rigorous adherence to PPE requirements (helmets, gloves, safety boots, and reflective vests). ✅ Regular toolbox talks to refresh safety protocols. ✅ Clear signage to identify hazards and restricted zones. ✅ Strict compliance with all local and international safety standards. ✅ Emergency response plans always ready to deploy. These efforts help us build not just projects, but a culture of trust and accountability. Let’s continue working together to maintain a safe environment for all! 💡 Remember: A safe site is a productive site.

🔨 Scaffolding Erection and Dismantling: On-Site Safety Awareness 🏗️ Ensuring safety during scaffolding erection and dismantling is critical to protecting workers and maintaining a secure work environment. A well-defined procedure is essential to minimize risks and prevent accidents. Here are key practices for safe scaffolding on-site: Proper Planning & Design: Before starting, assess the site and create a comprehensive scaffolding plan. Make sure the structure complies with safety standards and regulations. Qualified Personnel: Only trained and qualified personnel should carry out scaffolding erection and dismantling. Regular safety training ensures workers know the latest safety protocols. Safety Gear: All workers should wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including helmets, gloves, and fall protection systems. Inspection & Maintenance: Continuous inspection is vital during both the erection and dismantling processes. Look for any signs of damage or instability before, during, and after scaffolding assembly. Clear Communication: A solid communication plan ensures that all workers are aligned on each step of the procedure, preventing misunderstandings and accidents. Let’s work together to create a safer, more productive work environment. #ConstructionSafety #Scaffolding #WorkplaceSafety #HealthAndSafety #SafetyFirst #HSEOfficer #Sur #Oman

#Seismic_Refraction_Survey_SRS & #Multi_Channel_Analysis_of_Surface_Waves_MASW the advanced Geophysical Tests to enhance the stability & safety of Infracture which are conducted by National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) the Design Consultant of AZ Engineers & Partners L.L.C. at Mughsaiyal Bridge, Salalah. These advanced geophysical techniques play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and sustainability of infrastructure projects. These Tests were performed by Mr M. #QasimMirza #Section_Head #Geophysics & #Seismotectonic GT&GE Division, LahorePakistan & M. #Affan Sabir #Geophysicist from NESPAK. #Purpose of #SRS and #MASW Seismic Refraction Survey (SRS): Determines subsurface layer velocities, identifies rock depths, and assesses soil properties. It’s essential for understanding the geological profile, which influences foundation design and overall stability. MASW: Evaluates shear wave velocity profiles, which help estimate the stiffness of subsurface materials. This is critical for seismic design and ground improvement planning. #Materials and #Equipment Used: 1. Seismograph: Records seismic waves. 2. Geophones: Sensors placed on the ground to detect vibrations. 3. Source of Seismic Energy: Sledgehammer or other controlled impact sources. 4. Cables and Data Logger: For transmitting and storing seismic signals. 5. Software: For data processing and interpretation. #Test_Procedures: SRS: 1. Geophones are arranged in a linear array. 2. Seismic waves are generated by a controlled impact at various points. 3. Travel times of seismic waves are recorded. 4. Data is analyzed to determine subsurface velocities and layer depths. MASW: 1. Surface waves are generated and recorded using an array of geophones. 2. Signals are processed to extract shear wave velocities. 3. A velocity profile is developed to characterize the subsurface stiffness. #Benefits of These Tests: Provide accurate subsurface data for optimized foundation design. Help identify potential geohazards like loose soils or rock faults. Enhance the reliability of seismic and structural designs. Cost-effective and non-destructive investigation techniques. At AZ Engineers & Partners L.L.C. , we remain committed to employing cutting-edge techniques to deliver infrastructure solutions that stand the test of time! #Geophysics #NESPAK #AZ #Engineers #BridgeEngineering #SeismicSurvey #MASW #InfrastructureDevelopment #Salalah #EngineeringInnovation
