تتويجًا لإسهاماتها في إنجاح الملتقى الثاني للمنظومة الوطنية للابتكار المؤسسي وإدارة التّغيير، كرّمت وزارة العمل أوكيو - المجموعة العالمية المتكاملة للطاقة - على مساهمتها وعرض تجربة المجموعة في مجال إدارة المخاطر وذلك خلال الملتقى الثالث للمنظومة الوطنية للابتكار المؤسسي وإدارة التّغيير الذي أقامته الوزارة تحت رعاية سعادة أحمد بن صالح بن سفيان الراشدي، وكيل وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الدينية، تسلم التكريم المؤثر الخروصي، الرئيس التنفيذي للإستراتيجية وإدارة التحول. وشهد الملتقى مراجعة محاور النسخة الثالثة من المنظومة حول حوكمة إدارة التغيير في القطاع الحكومي، والبيئة التجريبية، التي شملت تقديم مبادرات تتعلق بالثقافة المؤسسية والتحسين المستمر بالتعاون مع أوكيو The Ministry of Labour recognised OQ today in the third Forum of the National System for Institutional Innovation and Change Management for its contributions to the success of the second edition by presenting the group’s experience in Crisis Management. The event was held under the auspices of His Excellency Ahmed Saleh Al Rashdi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. Al Muthir Al Kharusi, Chief Executive Strategy & Transformation, received the award. Additionally, the forum reviewed the key aspects of the third edition of the system on change management governance in the government sector and the experimental environment. This will encompass initiatives related to work culture and continuous improvement, presented in cooperation with OQ.
