“We got two paying users for the MVP, so we’ve already found product-market fit.” So, uh…we’re gonna stop you right there. 🤐 A common misconception in the world of building a startup is believing you achieved PMF just because you scored a couple paying users. But a couple paying users 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 doesn’t mean you’ve hit PMF. There are a few stages you’re going to go through on your journey towards finding PMF, and we go through them in this video ⬇️

A little over a year ago, I started as a Digital Marketing Intern at Founders Launchpad. Joining the startup scene was actually new and unusual for me. I always thought that I’d end up in corporate or ad agencies, but I knew I made the right decision to start my career in the world of startups. 🚀 Early on, it already offered a lot of growth for my skills in marketing and design. I was able to contribute my design skills to startups in different industries from tech to healthcare, as well as to lead & plan out multiple months’ worth of social media content. It was not a difficult decision at all to continue as a full-time Marketing Associate as soon as I completed my undergraduate degree. I’d like to give thanks to Thomas Abentung, Simon Bauer and Jay Haendler, CPA for trusting and mentoring me along the way. 🤝 I’m also very grateful that I’m given the space to try out new ideas for marketing (watch out for more educational content 👀) and pursue UI/UX design. Seeing how FL continues to expand is a big plus for me. Working alongside with Mica Gonzalez, Marketing Manager & Henrik Brylle Avecilla, Multimedia Lead continues to offer me a lot of learning and expanding my capabilities. I’m glad to be surrounded by experts in the industry that I can actively seek out valuable insights and support. Doing the work at FL is like a team sport overall, having exceptional people you can collaborate with and learn from 🤝
