This project showcases the power of problem-solving and innovative design. Key Features: - Construction Technology: Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for external walls, roof, and floor, offering superior energy efficiency and structural performance. - Foundation: Ground screws for an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution. - Cladding & Roof: Spanish slate cladding paired with an EPDM-covered flat roof for a sleek, modern finish. Deliverables: - Comprehensive construction drawings, load calculations, and precise specifications for ground screw placement, quantity, and dimensions. This project came to us after the first submission by another firm failed to meet the client’s requirements. The original plans were misaligned with the specified construction methods and local approval standards, causing delays and frustration.
