Regional Market Update: Strong Demand Amid Rising Supply 💡 In 2H 2024, the VisMin office market saw significant growth, with 115,000 sq m of new office space added across Cebu, Iloilo, and Bacolod—a 16% increase from the first half of last year. This expansion was fueled by the BPO sector’s continued push beyond Metro Manila, as both new players and established firms secured multiple floors to support their growth. However, while demand remained strong, rental rates declined in most areas due to rising vacancies from new supply. The exception was Davao City, which saw a slight uptick in rental rates.
