Meet our rainbow scholars for SY 2024-2025! PFIP’s Rainbow Youth Academy (RYA) opens anew in November with 25 rainbow scholars—all graduating and self-identifying LGBTQ+ college and university students from across the Philippines. Over six-month period, our rainbow scholars will receive tuition fee assistance, undergo an intensive upskilling program and connect with LGBTQ+ leaders and experts from our rainbow faculty. Our goal: to make sure they are equipped, enabled and empowered to go after their hopes, dreams and aspirations. #PFIPRainbowScholars #RYABatch3 𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙/𝙤𝙧 𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧? PFIP is proud to welcome the Quezon City Gender and Development Council and MullenLowe Treyna, the team behind The Right to Care Card, to our Bahaghari Circle of Excellence! Quezon City's Right To Care Card is the first-ever special power of attorney card for queer couples in the Philippines. It is supported by QC Ordinance 3221 which requires all hospitals to recognize the Right to Care card. May the Right to Care card serve as a reminder that even without a national law protecting the LGBTQ+ community, the local government unit and private sector can partner up to help us achieve genuine equality. #PHBahaghariAwards2024 #PFIPxRightToCareCard
