Sharing highlights from our annual Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc Sportsfest: I've always wanted to celebrate our anniversary through movement. Movement, to me, is healing—it's fun and promotes teamwork, which is one of our core values. It's a value I hope everyone embraces, not just today but in everything we do. While we’re usually focused on delivering for our customers, today was about switching things up—a chance to unwind, reconnect, and strengthen relationships across teams. Sometimes, having fun is just what we need to refresh and refocus. As part of the day, we also shared some guiding principles for success: ✨ A positive outlook to inspire ourselves and others 💪 Hard work to drive progress 🛠 Resourcefulness to tackle challenge This year’s theme is captured beautifully in a song my son created using AI—an idea inspired by a lesson he picked up from Eric P., a tech leader we met in Bali. We recently facilitated the shipment of tiles and altar from Manila to Guam, and we at Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc are honored to have played a part in a project that holds deep meaning for the community of Our Lady of Peace and Safe Journey Catholic Church in Guam. Our team ensured the safe transport of this cargo, managing everything from proper packaging to pick-up, loading, export/import customs clearance, complete delivery, and unloading at the church.  We are happy to see how it has graced the church, enhancing the congregation's spiritual home. In our line of work at Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc, we're lucky to cross paths with entrepreneurs whose stories and missions are too compelling not to share. One example is Jesette Fortuno, the visionary behind the 11th Earth Home Decor. Her social enterprise is making a real difference by supporting women weavers and local artisans in the rural towns of Nabua and Buhi, Camarines Sur. All their products are created from upcycled factory excess materials and abundant and well-managed local sources. What started as a hit at local tradeshows has caught the eye of international markets, showing the universal appeal of their thoughtfully crafted items. When I met Jesette in 2023, it was clear that her products were exactly what we were looking for in client giveaways. Being a woman leader in a male-dominated, demanding logistics sector means overcoming challenges - combining grit and compassion to ensure that operations run smoothly and profitably, all while keeping the human element at the center. My recent experience being the sole Filipino representative at the Intermodal Expo in Brazil reminded me of how far we've come as women in this industry, and the trail we're blazing for the next generation to follow. The expo also offered the opportunity to reconnect with fellow members of the Latam Forwarders Club and forge new paths of collaboration and partnership. *** But leadership isn't just about being in charge but also about empowering others to become leaders themselves. Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Combined Logistics Networks (CLN) in Vietnam alongside Loren Saitanan, our Customer Service Manager, and Jenelyn Loresto, our Customer Service Supervisor.
