    From Launch to Profit: 365 Days of Growth and Scalability Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of a brand we launched on Amazon for our valued client. In the span of just 12 months, we've witnessed remarkable growth: We achieved profitability in a mere four months after launch. Our initial catalogue of 9 products expanded impressively to 25+ products. Revenue reached $70,000, and we're already targeting to surpass $100,000 by November. Profitability steadily climbed to $13,000 by Month 12, and we're targeting to achieve $18,000/Mo in the next quarter. All of this was achieved with a total investment of $80,000, showcasing a substantial return on investment. It is heartening to see this launch succeed, considering that we managed every aspect of the launch, from product research to this phase. It's been 18 months since we took on this project. The numbers are a testament to our strategic approach and adaptability to the latest challenges. Thoughtful decisions, such as allowing ourselves an extra room for TACoS for year 1, did help us take advantage of Amazon's New Seller Incentives (additional 5% cashback), facilitating efficient growth and scaling.     Get this right, else prepare to learn the hard way! If you really want to improve your PPC ACoS, then you must improve either or all of the following metrics: 1. Conversion Rate 2. Cost Per Click 3. Average Order Value Conversion Rate: The better you convert, the lesser number of clicks you will need to get 1 order. CPC: The less cost you pay for a click, lesser the total amount you will have to pay for a given amount of sale. AOV: Higher the Average Order Value, the more you will generate in terms of revenue from a single conversion or purchase. Now, you must be wondering ... 1. What should be my ideal conversion rate then? 2. How least I should be bidding for a click? 3. How can I increase the Average Order Value?
