Last Friday, our Customer Services and Operations team took a well-earned break at Jumbo Jump. These are the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring our customers have the best experience day in and day out. Their dedication is reflected in our 28,000+ reviews on Trustpilot, with an average rating of 4.8, which speaks volumes about the hard work they put in. It was time to turn the spotlight on them. A thriving team is built on trust, and moments like these lay the foundation for even bigger wins ahead.

At Get Licensed, we place a strong emphasis on our team’s wellness and well-being. It’s not just about organizing events for fun—it’s about challenging ourselves and reinforcing the habits that drive resilience and long-term growth. When our people are well, they perform at their best. That’s why we regularly organize events like these—they’re core to our culture, helping us grow both individually and as a team. This weekend, we hosted our first 5KM and 10KM marathon. Ali Riaz claimed the 10KM win, while Kashif Riaz led the 5KM. Afterward, the team came together for breakfast.

We just finished another Counter-Strike tournament at Get Licensed, and while it was a blast, it was also about stepping up our game. Just completed an essential First Aid training with FRIP (First Response Initiative of Pakistan). We focused on critical life-saving skills—SRCAB (Safety, Response, Circulation, Airway, Breathing) and practical disaster management. This kind of preparation isn’t just nice to have, it’s essential.
