During his recent visit to Afghanistan, Mr. Nasruddin Rupani, Founder & Chairman of the Rupani Foundation, held a productive meeting with Mr. Lal Mohammad Walizada, Head of Sustainable Development Goals and Senior Adviser to the Minister for Economy. The meeting was also attended by Syed Jalaluddin Shah, CEO of Global, and Muhabbat Ali, CEO of the Rupani Foundation Afghanistan. We are honored to host Mr. Nasruddin Rupani, Chairman of the Rupani Development Initiative (RDI), Mrs. Farida Rupani, Vice Chair, and Syed Jalaluddin Shah, CEO of Global RDI, at the Nihal Graduation Ceremony. Nihal, a Rupani-supported Early Childhood Development (ECD) center, continues to make remarkable strides with its innovative Early Learning Methods called “Agah-e-Walidain-Inform Parents” (AWIP) program, which serves children from inception to age 3.

The recent rains in our project areas in Sarobi have brought about both destruction and a new lease on life. Despite the disruptions caused by the floods, they have also revitalized the land, providing much-needed nutrients to our agricultural endeavors, which was greatly beneficial.
