💥 Job Opportunity Alert! 💥 We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our sales team meets the highest standards of performance and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Monitor and evaluate tele sales calls to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. 🔹Carry out the review & build KPI report of every inbound/outbound communication (e.g., calls, emails or chat), final deliverables and business processes shared with the clients. 🔹Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics & assist in the preparation of weekly call reviews. 🔹Provide reports on the agent’s dialing times & key performance indicators. 🔹Provide constructive feedback, coaching & training to sales agents to enhance performance and customer interaction. 🔹Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. 🔹Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. 🔹Analyze the feedback of clients and call data to identify trends and opportunities to achieve performance targets. 🔹Ensure all quality assurance processes are documented and adhered to.
