But there’s a topic we need to address: 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬. Studies show that nearly 1 in 5 workers experience mental health challenges connected to their jobs. This isn’t just a number. It’s a reality that affects many. Many people leave their jobs because of these struggles. We must be careful about how we treat each other at work. You never know what someone is going through inside.  A smile, a laugh, or a big achievement can often hide deep pain. If a coworker misses a deadline or arrives late, don’t just get upset.
