Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT hardware and software. 2. Provide IT support to all YKK Pakistan users (Support Level-1). 3. Ensure the information provided by the system is accurate, timely, and always accessible. 4. Ensure data and system access adhere to standard policies and procedures. 5. Manage map drives and regularly review access rights. 6. Maintain backups. 7. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows servers and services. 8. Install servers, desktops, and laptops according to the authorized list of software applications. 9. Maintain and follow up on IT asset management, device errors, periodic tests, preventive maintenance, and WPS to ensure proper functioning of all IT systems. 10. Maintain and follow up on IT software licenses, SLAs, AMCs, and up-to-date vendor records as per IT Head instructions. 11. Check physical ACL, logical ACL, and server room visitor logs and verify with the IT Head on a weekly or monthly basis. 12. Maintain monthly server capacity indicators and update physical files monthly. 13. Follow ISMS policies and procedures and participate in internal and external ISMS audits.
