Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling Agent at Teksyo in Karāchi. The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining call records, scheduling appointments, and promoting company services to generate leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospects who showed initial interest but did not convert.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
Qualifications:
Good English language speaking skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
