IT/Digitization Manager

One of our prestigious clients is looking for IT/Digitization Manager for a freight forwarding & clearance company in Lahore Pakistan.

The position is Lahore based with a competitive salary package.

Position Overview:

Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Drive digital

transformation by implementing automated solutions for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT systems, hardware, and software.
2. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
3. Ensure data security and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
5. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and services.
6. Identify and implement digitization opportunities in freight forwarding processes.
7. Develop software solutions or integrate third-party tools.
8. Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with operational workflows.
9. Train staff on new technologies and systems.
10. Monitor and maintain system performance.

Qualifications & experience:

Master’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Proven track record in digitization projects.

3+ years experience, preferably in freight forwarding & clearance company.

Expertise in network administration and cybersecurity
