2 weeks to go - #COP29 is increasingly recognized as the ‘Finance COP’. For the first time in 15 years the world is looking to set a new #finance target, replacing the goal projected in 2009 where an undertaking of #$100billion by 2020 was made. The challenge is that this target is insufficient, and it has come late. Developing countries are exposed. At the same time #COP29 is an opportunity to introduce so much needed more #ambitious targets, boost #action plans and demonstrate #progress.
