    No, il ruolo non e' affatto semplice. La vera leadership nello sport e nella vita non e' quella di Ibra. Lo sport è sempre stato per me un esempio vivente di valori forti come sacrificio, leadership, empatia e sostegno reciproco. Sono quei valori che fanno grande una squadra, non solo le vittorie o i trofei. Tuttavia, oggi assistiamo a un fenomeno diverso, dove l’ego di pochi rischia di compromettere intere organizzazioni gloriose come l' AC Milan, tra l'altro la squadra che tifo da sempre e che sta passando un momento molto buio. Il recente esempio di #ZlatanIbrahimović è emblematico di questa deriva. Invece di rappresentare un modello di guida, il suo atteggiamento arrogante, così come quello di alcuni dirigenti, incarna una visione del tutto opposta ai veri valori sportivi: l'umiltà, la coesione e il sacrificio di squadra. Come si può pensare di guidare una squadra verso il successo con questo tipo di mentalità? Ma oggi vorrei anche parlare di mio figlio, capitano dei Tiger Hearts di Mogilany, una squadra giovanile di calcio. Lui, a soli 12 anni, ha capito meglio di molti adulti cosa significa essere un leader. Infatti come il loro allenatore gli insegna ogni giorno, il ruolo di capitano non si assegna una volta e basta, ma si conquista con l’esempio, motivando i compagni, aiutandoli a superare i momenti difficili e celebrando insieme le vittorie. Questa è la leadership che costruisce grandi squadre e grandi persone, sia nello sport che nella vita professionale. Nel mio lavoro in ambito HR vedo spesso quanto siano cruciali queste qualità. Un leader non è chi impone la propria autorità dall’alto, ma chi sa ispirare e tirare fuori il meglio dagli altri. Le organizzazioni che puntano solo su figure di facciata, che dominano senza ascoltare, rischiano di fallire, mentre quelle che coltivano il talento e la coesione costruiscono successi duraturi. Perciò, un consiglio per tutti: candidati, clienti e colleghi. Coltivate la leadership vera. Abbandonate l’ego e lavorate insieme per obiettivi comuni. E ricordate, il vero capitano si vede quando è il primo ad aiutare e l’ultimo a lasciarsi sopraffare dalle difficoltà.
