Hydrogen production by innovative solid oxide cell for flexible operation at intermediate temperature
Informacje
The HySPIRE project - Hydrogen production by innovative solid oxide cell for flexible operation at intermediate temperature - is a Horizon Europe project that aims at further boosting the potential of SOEL by lowering the operating temperature below 700°C and increasing its flexibility in order to fit with RES generation profiles. The project is supported by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and its members Hydrogen Europe and Hydrogen Europe Research, under Grant Agreement No 101137866. Co-funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the Clean Hydrogen Partnership. Director of the Institute of Power Engineering - National Research Institute (IEN-PIB/IPE-NRI), Professor
I’m honoured to join today the Executive Board of Hydrogen Europe Research, Clean Hydrogen Partnership as the External Affairs Leader. Special thanks go to the Members of Hydrogen Europe Research (HER) for your vote and trust during the 37th General Assembly! HER brings together more than 150 research organizations and academia across Europe. Hydrogen Europe Research is a member of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, follows and discusses European policies, works to create a hydrogen skills agenda, explores and advances the early stage development of hydrogen technologies, and shares expertise to improve hydrogen infrastructures. Instytut Energetyki - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy with its Center for Hydrogen Technologies (CTH2) has been a member of HER Association since 2009, for several years as the only Polish organization. Institute of Power Engineering - National Research Institute is one of the largest institutes in Poland and Central Europe providing research in the field of energy technologies. Our Center for Hydrogen Technologies (CTH2) was established in 2020 to deliver stacks and systems with solid oxide fuel cells and solid oxide electrolyzers, accelerate the development of hydrogen technologies, support R&D activities and deployment of fuel cells and electrolyzers, provide outreach to the market and consulting services for industries. Center engages total of 60 researchers from all disciplines of engineering, including process engineering, material science, chemistry, physics, power engineering, automation and control, electrical engineering, and solid state chemistry. I’m excited to start in the new role in the Board under President Luigi Crema. #hydrogen #electrolysis #wodór #elektroliza #P2X photo credit: Daniel Stokowiec Fotoroko
