🔍 3D Scanning in Automotive Quality Control 🚗✨ We present a key element - the radiator flange, which plays a significant role in the distribution of coolant in the engine. Failures such as cracks, worn gaskets or deformations can lead to engine overheating and expensive repairs. Thanks to high-resolution SMARTTECH3D scanners and robotic scanners, we are able to accurately analyze material wear, detect micro-damage and compare the actual model with the original CAD design. Even the smallest defects become visible, which allows for better diagnostics and making more informed engineering decisions. 🔧 3D technology = lower risk of failure, higher quality and precise analysis!
