Today, we present the advice from Sylwia Machnik-Kochan - VP Sales EMEA at HTC VIVE! 🔥🔥 Sylwia answered the question: If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice at the beginning of your career, what would it be? 🔹 "If I came back in time I'd tell myself to learn languages and travel more to understand people and their cultures better. Looking at my career I would love to know at least one of the Asian languages fluently. 🔹Acting as a mentor I would advise young women who are at the beginning of their careers to focus on networking more, be open for a change, and to wisely adapt to the surrounding environment, don't stop developing, and boldly take on new challenges. I believe it’s crucial." You don’t have to agree with what you hear or follow the advice you get, but let others open your mind to different perspectives.
