Spa of design by VAAV just reopened @Warsaw Presidential Hotel. The potential of space in the iconic and the liberty to reshape the experience under new hotel's independent brand utilized to manifest the sens of the rebranding of most renown hotel in Warsaw. We are particullary proud of this project, as to create the unique added value for our Client's Guests and to support our Client in embracing business challenges are core competence of VAAV. Many thanks to everyone involved in making this project happen. We are grateful that we were able to share our experience and expand it even further. Another project completed! 🍾 We are very proud of our project and the final effect of the total renovation of the SPA and Fitness zone at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel. It was a super interesting project for us that broadened our experiences!

🔥 Here is our proposal for a new version of a seaside resort from the 1990s. 🔥   The Polish coast is full of resorts that have beautiful locations, but are already outdated and require thorough renovation. Here's an example of one we worked on earlier this year. The design phase was preceded by a site visit, an analysis of the facility's strengths and weaknesses, and an analysis of the consumer path. Our main goals were: 👉 open the building to the surrounding nature (forest, dunes, sea, beach) 👉insert the building into its surroundings 👉unify and calm the building's shape 👉 give the facility a hotel character intended for relaxation How? We decided to cover the body with a "screen" made of wooden slats. According to the summary of the first quarter of 2024 of the office market in Warsaw, prepared by the international consulting agency Cushman & Wakefield, stable growth can be seen despite many challenges 💪   💥 This is VAAV Sp. z o. o.'s proposal for an office building in a great location, in the very center of Warsaw - at Grzybowski Square 💥 A good location of the project guarantees developers maximum return on investment and is the main selection factor for landlords who want to provide their employees with the most prestigious and accessible location. In the first quarter of 2024, the market recorded a decreasing number of vacant office spaces in the center, which indicates a clear trend among tenants. This trend illustrates the needs of employees who want to stay in attractive and well-connected locations and in modern spaces that offer much more than just a workstation with a desk, armchair and Internet access. 👉 At VAAV Sp. z o. o., whenever we have the opportunity, we focus on learning through experience. The knowledge gained in this way stays with us forever. This time we had the great pleasure of expanding our knowledge about lighting. We were invited (big thanks to KEREN and Maciej Tomaszewski) to the heart of the Intra lighting d.o.o. company in Slovenia, to the factory in Šempeter pri Gorici. We participated with great interest in the training on the design and production processes of decorative and industrial lighting fixtures. While visiting the super modern factory (which is 100% powered by renewable energy!🍀), we saw how much emphasis Intra lighting d.o.o. places on optimization, energy efficiency and ecology. This can be seen in every detail of the lighting fixtures and design idea - the ease of assembly of the lighting fixtures, order logistics and improvement of the production line. We were greatly impressed by the photometric laboratory room where we could see, among other things, the Ulbricht sphere 👀 . Thanks to this visit, our choices of lighting fixtures for projects will be even more conscious. 🔵 15-20% of humanity is neuroatypical (source: National Cancer Institute) At VAAV Sp. z o. o., we wonder how to design inclusively. In our office designs, we focus on many solutions that create a working environment that meets the diverse needs of neuroatypical people. The basis of the project is a clear division of space into three main functions: 👉 spaces for individual work (arranged in rooms or open spaces), 👉 spaces for collaboration (conference rooms or creative corner), 👉 spaces for regeneration (kitchen/dining room, nap room, cofeee/tea point). The arrangement of these functions should be intuitively easy to use. Then we focus on diversifying the space - we design e.g. zones for quiet rest, but also zones for active rest, standard workstations and workstations facilitating changes in position. In the case of open space, we propose separate places for working in silence or the so-called Focus Room, and in social rooms such as the kitchen/dining room, with various zones that allow you to eat a meal in a group or individually. #neurodiversitydesign #inclusiveoffice #officedesign
