#VazcoAnniversaries in February Today, we’re raising a toast to three fantastic teammates who bring their expertise, passion, and unique energy to Vazco every day! 🚀 🔹 Jakub Jaklik, our QA Engineer – With a keen eye for detail, he ensures that everything we build meets the highest quality standards. He enjoys working on a mix of web and mobile projects, always eager for something new and challenging. Lately, he’s been bitten by the travel and running bug, always on the move, discovering new places and experiences. 🔹 Konrad Bosak, our Senior Software Engineer – A tech enthusiast with a passion for motorsports, model making, and exotic animals. His problem-solving mindset helps turn complex challenges into smart solutions. He joined Vazco just before lockdown, so his “office days” were mostly virtual – but that didn’t stop him from quickly making an impact! 🔹 Marcin Kosiarek, our Project Manager – The mastermind behind seamless project execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly. He thrives on variety, tackling diverse projects from different domains with enthusiasm. Beyond work, he’s an avid reader of SF, fantasy, horror, and crime novels, a fan of SF films and board games, and always up for an adventure – whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, biking, rollerblading, plus, swimming laps all year round. One thing they all share? They love the opportunity to work on global projects, explore different industries, and continuously learn from new challenges. 🌍💡 A huge thank you to Marcin, Jakub, and Konrad for being such an integral part of our team! Here’s to more exciting projects, innovations, and shared successes ahead. ⛵️✨

Scaling AI is easy. Scaling it right? That’s another story. 👀 Too many companies focus on the tech itself – picking the best model, fine-tuning performance – while missing the bigger picture. AI doesn’t fail because of weak models. It fails because of short-term thinking, poor leadership, and a lack of scalable foundations. 🎯 In the latest episode of Product Odyssey, with a very special guest Alfonso Ferrandez, we unpack what most companies get wrong about AI strategy – and what it actually takes to make AI work at scale. 🎧 Catch it here: https://bit.ly/4gPUeLV

How often do we stop to consider how we communicate in the workplace? 💬 In our latest Product Odyssey episode, Meade Kincke, founder & CEO of Imperfektus, shared a deceptively simple yet profound rule of thumb for professional communication: “If you wouldn’t want to say it to your grandmother, you probably shouldn’t be saying it in a professional setting.” ❌ 🗣️ Why does this matter? Because clarity, respect, and tone can make or break relationships in scaling teams. Misaligned communication creates friction, silos, and misunderstandings – and no amount of technical brilliance can compensate for that. Whether you’re managing a team of 5 or 500 people, effective communication isn’t just a skill – it’s a cornerstone of great leadership. 🎧 Missed the episode? #VazcoAnniversaries 🎉 January marks 5 years since Paulina joined our team – and what an impact she’s made! 🥳 From the start, Paulina has been a driving force behind the supportive and open culture we value so much. Through her role in facilitating feedback sessions, she’s connected with just about everyone in the company, always ready to listen, offer advice, and make a difference in someone’s day. 💬 Outside of work, Paulina has a knack for diving into fantastical worlds – whether through books, games, or movies.
