There’s a reason the History Channel has produced hundreds of documentaries about Hitler but only a few about Dwight D. Eisenhower. Bad guys (and gals) are eternally fascinating. Behind the Bastards dives in past the Cliffs Notes of the worst humans in history and exposes the bizarre realities of their lives. Listeners will learn about the young adult novels that helped Hitler form his monstrous ideology, the founder of Blackwater’s insane quest to build his own Air Force, the bizarre lives of the sons and daughters of dictators and Saddam Hussein’s side career as a trashy romance novelist.

Do We Really Need to Talk About Kevin?

Customer Reviews
5 to 4 stars - Guest disrupting episodes
I just finished the Robert Lee set and the one comment I will make that I did not enjoy it because of the constant interruptions by Prop connecting the story to modern things or his own insight. While it is enjoyable at times, the later episodes get to a point where Robert can’t even read a paragraph without the whole show coming to a stop so Prop can talk and even start ramping himself up to yelling where it just feels distracting. I really don’t want to start skipping episodes based on guests!
One pump, one cream, baby!!!
really good show
Personal political views
Not a bad podcast, interesting content, but brought down by the hosts, political beliefs. He presses on the listeners.
