We are pleased to share our latest publication in collaboration with authors from Merck (Achim Doerner, Stefan Zielonka) and the University of Cambridge (John McCafferty). Our review published in Frontiers In Immunology is titled “Advancements in mammalian display technology for therapeutic antibody development and beyond: current landscape, challenges and future prospects”. The article includes detailed description of mammalian display technologies, emphasizing library construction methods and biologics discovery workflows, whilst offering insight on developability-driven selection. Applications beyond antibody discovery and advancements in function-first screening, precision genome engineering, and AI/ML-enhanced libraries are also explored!
