Mare mi-a fost bucuria să pot vorbi despre cât de sustenabile sunt startup-urile de modă, în particular și industria modei, în general. "Global Fashion Conference" s-a întâmplat anul ăsta la București, gazda academică fiind Academia de Studii Economice din București. E greu cu sustenabilitatea în modă! Uite câteva din ideile mele: ❌ startup-urile fondate și finanțare înainte de pandemie se confruntă cu provocarea conversiei la profit =>> în cazul meu, efortul ăsta a dus la defocusarea de la nevoia adevărată, cea a atingerii pragului critic de 'consumatori' de modă circulară ❌ moda nu are semnalmentele unei industrii critice de top, deci nu îți bat investitorii la ușă =>> în cazul meu, @Flyst a fost gândit ca acel spinoff de tehnologie bazat pe AI care ar fi asigurat un upgrade realității din ecomm-ul de modă (btw, s-a dus pe 'apa zâmbetului') ✔️ startup-urile de modă B2C au avantajul că pot genera comunități de consumatori =>> în cazul meu, dacă ar fi să o iau de la capăt aș miza pe tehnologia blockchain pentru co-ownership egal distribuit cu acei clienți care își doresc să facă moda sustenabilă ✔️ orice demers de aliniere la valorile sustenabilității e și mai puternic dacă implică și consumatorii, clienții finali =>> în cazul meu, la Re-Collections aveam niște metrice contraintuitive pentru un business: micșorarea volumului de haine dintr-o garderobă sau un număr cât mai mare de ținute probate în timpul evenimentului Ora Zero (era o ora când puteai proba cu ajutorul unui stilist tot shopul, de plăcere, fără să faci din asta o sesiune efectivă de shopping) Mulțumiri pentru invitația în panelul "Funding sustainability", coordonat cu maximă eleganță de Cristian Negrutiu, Ignat Raluca, Adriana AnaMaria Alexandru(Davidescu), Vasile Alecsandru Strat, Costin Ciora, PhD.
