That's why we've been busy building the MoneyDog Academy, empowering schools and teachers to teach financial education classes.
We still have our app, to reinforce learning in the real world, but the MoneyDog academy will help thousands of children learn within schools.
We've already started onboarding our first schools in Portugal and look to onboard many more in the coming weeks 🇵🇹

Interest is a truly powerful tool when saving money over time, but many people learn this concept later in life. That's why we've built a fun MoneyDog feature to teach kids about interest and properly prepare them for life 💪
Now you can pay your child a small weekly interest rate on their savings to teach them the concept 🧠 The rate is completely dictated by the parents and we believe it will be a powerful parental teaching tool 🔨

A core problem at the heart of the financial education epidemic is the fact most people were never taught about money at school. During our time in this space we realised that most schools would like to teach money skills but don't have the resources to do so 🤔
We're launching the MoneyDog curriculum to help solve this problem, consisting of:

- Worksheets 📜
- Activities 🎮
- Quizzes❓
- Mini videos on every topic 🎥
- All content available online with supplementary tools available in app 📱

Portugal está na cauda da Europa em termos de literacia financeira, e start-ups como esta trazem um valor social e económico bastante relevante para o desenvolvimento do país.
A Money Dog está a focar-se em desenvolver a educação financeira desde cedo. Desenvolveram uma aplicação, com a colaboração de especialistas, que oferece ferramentas que ajudam as crianças a aprenderem a gerir o dinheiro de forma divertida.
A aplicação permite que os pais incentivem os filhos a completar tarefas domésticas, recompensando-os e ensinando o valor do trabalho e da poupança. Além disso, os pais podem definir mesadas e ajudar as crianças a estabelecerem objetivos financeiros, promovendo uma gestão responsável desde a infância.
