Introducing new widgets to our library of templates! Earlier this year we launched our widget template library to help you extract meaningful insights from your telecommunications and unified communications data quickly and easily. Our widgets are powerful tools that allow you to build, save, and share customised views of your UC&C data. They simplify intricate queries to give you quick, easy insights. We are pleased to announce the addition of new widgets to our library: Microsoft Teams widgets: 📞 Sessions that go to Voicemail: This widget provides a summary of the number of calls directed to voicemail for a specific URI, along with the organisation path the URI is associated with, sorted in descending order by the number of voicemail sessions. 🤖 Calls going through the Auto-Attendants: This widget shows a summary of the calls going into Auto-Attendants by hour. It does not show where the caller went after leaving the Auto-Attendant as that information is not available from Microsoft. Telephony Widgets: 🌍 Outbound international calls: This widget allows you to search for calls made to international numbers. 📲 Inbound Calls to Hunt Groups: This widget allows you to search for incoming calls that have come into the business via a Hunt Group.
