This comprehensive report evaluates AI use in urban environments, addressing the benefits, challenges, and opportunities for responsible AI adoption in smart city initiatives. Covering over 70 case studies from across the globe, the report explores critical issues such as AI's impact on city management, inclusivity, and data privacy.
