Then here’s a simple and delightful way to reuse mushy mangoes and tweak them into delicious ladoos, which can be made at home in just a few minutes with 3-4 ingredients. 3 mangoes, 1 cup desiccated coconut, 1 cup full cream milk, coconut,1 cup condensed milk, 2 tablespoons ghee, nuts of choice

Start by peeling and mashing the overripe mangoes into a smooth puree. If the mangoes are very mushy, a quick blend will help achieve a consistent texture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the mango puree and cook it gently, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Cook until the puree thickens and most of the moisture evaporates, about 8-10 minutes.

Take another pan and add milk and mix it with condensed milk and coconut. Stir the mixture continuously to combine all the ingredients evenly.

At this stage, whisk the mango blend and let it cool down. Meanwhile, allow the milk and coconut mixture to turn thick and creamy, then turn off the heat.

Now, add in the mango blend to the milk mixture after cooling it properly, combine it all together.

At this stage, mix crushed nuts and shape the ladoos by applying some oil or ghee on the palm and enjoy.

Allow them to cool in a refrigerator and enjoy.
