To celebrate National Crafts Day, the Bosch Dual School in Blaj hosted an engaging competition where students from our partner technical high schools put their knowledge and practical abilities to the test. The competition challenged students to demonstrate:  ✔️ Technical precision and attention to detail – through electrical engineering and technical drawing exercises  ✔️ Creativity and problem-solving skills – by assembling a robotic arm  ✔️ Theoretical knowledge and teamwork – in a Bosch-themed quiz  ✔️ Innovation and artistic expression – in the “Our School’s Got Talent” contest 💡By supporting technical education, we help young talent develop the skills they need for their future jobs. Introducing Adrian, our dedicated Technical Advisor for the Italian auto aftermarket at Bosch. With nearly 20 years in the automotive industry, he brings vast experience and a true passion for cars, from diagnostics to repairs. His journey started as a mechanic, evolving over time into more complex roles. Since joining Bosch in 2017, he plays a key part in two major projects focused on service equipment - diagnostic tools, test benches for diesel pumps and injectors, gas analyzers, and more. "When I first joined, it was a challenge, particularly when working in Italian. But having spent two years in Italy earlier in my career, I quickly adapted. Our team started with just two people, and now we’ve grown into a diverse, multicultural group of five, working together across different backgrounds." At Bosch, he values the well-structured organization, the support from his team lead, and the flexibility of the hybrid work model. Training and development are key. He attends at least three technical courses per year and even delivers presentations himself. His role is dynamic, involving hands-on troubleshooting, guiding clients remotely, and ensuring Bosch service centers have the right technical documentation and tools. Going ahead, he’s excited to stay up to date with the latest in automotive technology and continue to grow his skills beyond just repairs. When he's not working, you'll often find him at the service, fixing cars with his son by his side, sharing his love for everything cars related. Did you know that a single tree can reduce air temperature by up to 5°C? ️🌳  Recently, volunteers from our Bucharest headquarters joined EcoAssist Association for a planting event at Boboc Air Base, Buzău. Together with 21 responsible #volunteers, we planted over 500 saplings on March 14th and joined the effort to reforest 5 hectares of land, alongside several companies! 🌍💚    We are proud to contribute to a greener future!
