Not only does her life take place at different locations, but also in her role as senior manager for Bosch's global manufacturing strategy, she is always in exchange with 10 Bosch locations worldwide. 🌍 Her team's tasks are very versatile – from strategic to operational ones. For her, it’s crucial to create a sense of belonging – within the international production network as well as within her team. Frequent virtual exchanges combined with bi-annual face-to-face workshops foster a collaborative spirit among the team members spread across the globe. She also promotes seamless collaboration within her team in different ways – one is regularly celebrating achievements with common "milestone breakfasts".
