Cornelia’s story at Bosch Service Solutions, part of the Business and Technology Solutions Center in Timișoara, began in 2013, when she joined as a Process Expert and set down roots in the location’s purchasing department. Like a carefully tended garden, her career has flourished, and after three years, she transitioned into Access Management Consultancy, where she now specializes in IdM, SAP & non-SAP systems. Working at Bosch, Cornelia is inspired by the diverse “garden” of people she interacts with daily, connecting with colleagues from around the world. She appreciates how this interesting mix brings new perspectives, helping her develop flexibility and openness to different ways of thinking — a balance that keeps her engaged and growing. Currently, Cornelia’s working on a major project to transition Bosch’s identity management platform. From the early testing stages, she’s been integral to ensuring optimized processes and quality standards in Bosch’s catalog of roles, bridging both S/4HANA and ERP & SCM systems. On top of these big projects, she also manages the integration of non-SAP applications into the IdM platform, handling every detail with care. When she’s not at work, Cornelia finds inspiration by exploring the world, taking in cultures, and savoring new cuisines. Whether it’s neighboring Serbia and Hungary or the art, design, and Mediterranean cuisine of her beloved Italy, travel brings new colors to her life. Reading - especially about topics such as art, history, and culinary creativity - also keeps her inspired, while arranging flowers brings her back to her roots in floral design. For us, providing colleagues with access to personal and professional development opportunities is a priority. At the Business and Technology Solutions Center in Timișoara, we launched the first SAP Academy, a program dedicated to those in operational support departments to develop advanced consultancy skills in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules and to participate in the implementation of new projects. The opening event, organized with the support of the leaders from the three operational departments, featured Raluca Romanu, General Manager, and Dacius Bleau, Operations Director, as guest speakers. They shared, in an authentic and humorous way, moments from their own learning experiences, inspiring participants to advance their careers. The SAP Academy combines individual learning with practical application, providing colleagues with a collaborative space to find innovative solutions. For six months, participants will dedicate one hour each day to studying SAP SD and MM, progressing from basic concepts to advanced practices, complemented by exercises in the system, joint missions, and meetings to optimize daily activities. With the first group of participants enrolled since October, we aim to develop future editions of the SAP Academy, continuously supporting our colleagues in their learning and professional growth journeys. #BoschTimisoara #SAPAcademy #Learning

🔊 Bosch continues to innovate in Romania! 🚗 We are proud to announce that today, in the presence of government representatives, Bosch, alongside Continental and NXP, signed a contract for the #IPCEI (Important Project of Common European Interest) project, dedicated to developing microelectronics in Romania, funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)! 🇷🇴🔋With the support of this funding, we commit to accelerating the #digitaltransition and #greenmobility. The EuroDrives project aims to develop innovative solutions for automated driving and sustainable mobility. EuroDrives will play a key role in structuring and advancing the design and application of #microelectronic components and systems, creating a coherent national ecosystem. Together with our academic partners, the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, we are building the #technologicalfuture of Romania through this project. 🌍🔌 Together for a green and digital future! 💡

Starting her journey at Bosch in 2017 as an Internal Controller, Diana Veveriță has risen to Operations Manager role and leads a team of 106 talented professionals at Bosch Service Solutions Timișoara. Her passion for continuous improvement and empowering others has driven her success and fueled the growth of her team. 🚀 “I am driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, whether it’s helping colleagues overcome challenges, shaping strategies for successful projects, or fostering innovation,” Diana shares.
