Opportunity awaits: International Talent Programme (𝐈𝐓𝐏) is open to applicants. ITP is a programme for fresh graduates who want to explore ING's tech environment where code gets deployed in weeks, not months. ITP participants can start as Java developers, DevOps engineers, IT Security engineers etc. in 𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐮𝐛𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚, and then take on 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 🌍 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (six months each) to further explore their options. This is only the beginning of their tech career with ING.   A maximum of 2 years of work experience is a prerequisite. This happened at our office! 🤍🩸Dozens of colleagues gave blood in our second blood donation campaign this year. 👏🏻 A big Thank You to the Bucharest Blood Transfusion Centre and to our fearless donors! Their good deed can save up to 177 lives. 💡Blood cannot be manufactured outside the human body and has limited shelf life. People most in need include patients who are in treatment for cancer or for inherited blood disorders, and those who undergo orthopaedic or cardiovascular surgeries.

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 – that’s how long it took to distribute the 50,000 euro 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, and we thank you all for sharing. With 14 team scholarships, 3 individual ones and applications originating from 12 towns across Romania, we’re happy to champion young talents by covering the full cost of accessing 🏅 competitions such as the Chicago Robotics, Lobster Cup International, Robotex, Fibonacci, EuroSkills, by facilitating 👉🏻 learning though UPPER.SCHOOl, or by delivering the 👨🏻💻 equipment they need to do their magic. 💫 We’re rooting for all of our grant recipients and wish them best of luck going forward!
