We attended Digitalk.rs 2024. As part of our participation, we decided to give away some prizes and had them planned in advance, but we were struggling to find a fun way for attendees to win them. We landed on a nostalgic solution! We remade one of the first fixed shooter arcade games ever created, Space Invaders - the first video game with endless gameplay, setting the template for the genre. Attendees battled waves of alien invaders in our custom version, "Space Station Invaders" Our developer, Nikola Popovic, remarkably built the entire game and customized it into our own version called Space Station Invaders, all in less than a day! The entire conference was fantastic, from the organization to the amazing speakers and overall atmosphere. Thank you for everything Digitalk.rs! 🙂
