How do we manage our projects towards a successful finish? 🚀 We use different project management techniques, both Waterfall and Agile approach based on customer/project needs. For challenging projects, we create small, dedicated teams lead by experienced Business analysts and experienced Software Architect, together with several developers/QAs. They work closely with customers from beginning to end, including the early phase in which we gather and organize requirements. 👥 We deliver on a regular basis and perform early UATs for requirements control and on-time change management. ✅ We use our experience in different financial industry areas to perform excellent initial analysis and, if needed, to involve our UX/UI designer in the project.
