We need someone who can turn our wildest ideas into jaw-dropping visuals! As a Senior Game Artist you will: - Develop high-quality art for characters, UI, environments, and props specifically tailored for casino games. - Develop marketing assets that support the game. - Collaborate closely with other designers and developers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and gameplay integration. - Conduct research and stay updated on current trends in art, design, and the casino gaming industry to ensure our games remain fresh, innovative and competitive. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall gameplay and design. - Provide feedback to the rest of the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. What we’re looking for: - Proven experience as a game artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly with table games, slots and instant games;  - Minimum five years of experience in a similar role in the casino gaming industry. - Proficiency in industry-standard art software such as After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Animate, Illustrator, etc. - Exceptional drawing, painting, and digital illustration skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling. - Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively and adapt your work accordingly. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of casino game mechanics and player psychology. Bonus Points:. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and Atlassian Jira. - Experience with 2D/3D modeling and rendering software. As a Junior Java Engineer, you will: - Collaborate with a talented team of engineers and product managers in an agile environment. - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications using microservices architecture. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous integration processes. - Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems. - Continuously learn and grow your skills with the support of experienced mentors and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For: - Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming - Experience with Spring Boot or other Java frameworks - Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) - Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs - Up to two years of experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve your craft. Time really flies when you’re having #fun! On this day three years ago we took a chance and ventured into the unknown. And the rest is history! Since then, our team has grown to 36 employees and found a home in our amazing new offices. We’ve expanded our circle of partners and added some awesome features to our products.  We just want to take a moment to say a massive #THANKYOU to #InSourceLab team - amazing human beings who’ve made it all possible. You’ve made these past three years an absolute blast. Each and every one of you brings something unique to the table and we couldn’t ask for a better team.  But hey, we’re not just celebrating the past - we’re also looking forward to the #future.
